GENERAL
- Min. 3 days prior booking required. Bookings subject to availability.
- No cancellations or amendments allowed upon confirmation of booking.
- Valid 8am – 7pm daily (including public holidays).

- Notification of flight changes, drop-off, or pick-up point changes must be made 2 days prior to original booking or request will not be granted.
- Max. 90-minute waiting time allowed for arrival pick-up. 90-minute begins from the time of flight arrival. Latecomers will be considered a no-show and booking will be forfeited.
Surcharges:
– Perodua Alza (4 people): Transfer made between 11pm – 6.59am subject to RM65 surcharge.
– Toyota Alphard/Vellfire (6 people): Transfer made between 11pm – 6.59am subject to RM90 surcharge.
